Delivery
97% of orders are delivered the very next day. If you need more information on wider delivery times, please contact us. Delivery to the Scottish Highlands can take up to 3 days.

All customers must notify Go Geothermal Ltd of their intention to return goods prior to doing so, in order to receive a Request for Restocking Form. This form must be completed in full and returned via email for approval before any goods are sent back. A copy of the completed form must accompany the returned goods.
Please note the following conditions:
- All returns are subject to a restocking fee.
- Goods bought specifically for a project (i.e., non-stock items), cut pre-insulated pipes, grout, and Rauvitherm PU foam will not be restocked.
- Collector pipe, probes, and fluids may be restocked at the discretion of Go Geothermal Ltd.
- All returned goods must be in a resalable condition (e.g., sealed bags and original boxes, if applicable).
- All goods will be inspected upon receipt at Go Geothermal Ltd Stores.
- These will only be conducted using Go Geothermal Ltd’s Pallet Distribution partner and will incur charges at our standard pallet rates plus 25%. All third-party collections must be palletized, secure for transport, and available for collection at a manned location for the full working day (8 am – 6 pm).
- Any goods received without the Request for Restocking Form will be put into quarantine, and no further action will be taken.
Collections
- Third party collections will only be done using Go Geothermal Ltd’s Pallet Distribution partner and will be charged at our normal pallet rates plus 25%.
- All third party collections must be on a pallet, secure for transport and available for collection at a manned location for the full working day (8am – 6pm).
Additional Information
- Goods bought in especially for a project (i.e., non-stock items), cut Pre-insulated pipe, grout, and Rauvitherm PU foam will not be restocked or eligible for return.
- Collector pipe, probes, and fluids will be restocked at the discretion of Go Geothermal Ltd.
