Enertech Sweden to Acquire Go Geothermal Ltd

Almost 15 years ago we could not have imagined the journey we have been on with Go Geothermal to this point. Now in 2021 with the world so tuned into renewable energy and its global importance we find ourselves with some exciting news to announce.

We are absolutely delighted and incredibly proud to share the news that Enertech Sweden have signed an agreement to acquire 50% of our shares on the 26th August 2021 and the remaining shares within a five-year period.

In due course we will be able to offer Enertech’s fantastic range of CTC Heat Pumps, we will of course let you, our customers, know once we are fully trained and au fait with their extensive range.

The CTC range of heat pumps will perfectly complement our existing unrivalled range of heat pumps from Stiebel Eltron, Vaillant, Clausius, IVT, Viessmann and Mitsubishi giving you the true one stop shop for all of your heat pump requirements. Enertech’s pedigree in heat pumps is perfectly aligned with our high-quality ethos and as the sector moves from marginal to mainstream, we’ll not only have the expertise internally within Go Geothermal and customer base built the best way, slowly and securely, we’ll now have the resources of a Major group to call upon.

Rest assured the company structure will not be changing, Sean & Tim will continue as co-owners, running the business as they have done for the last 15 years.
