CTC Training Centres
We offer CTC heat pump training here at Go Geothermal. Ranging from 3 day to 5 day courses so you can learn how to install and maintain an air source heat pump with a certification. This qualification is also recognised by Microgeneration Certification Scheme (MCS) so you know you are getting an industry standard certification.
What qualifications do I need to be qualified?
To be eligible for this course you must hold either of the following;
Plumbing
N/SVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing or equivalent earlier certification that provides evidence of competence;
Domestic Heating & Ventilating
N/SVQ Level 2/3 in Heating and Ventilating (Domestic Installation) or equivalent earlier certification that provides evidence of competence;
Industrial Heating & Ventilating
N/SVQ Level 2/3 in Heating and Ventilating (Industrial and Commercial Installation) or equivalent earlier certification that provides evidence of competence;
Oil-Fired Technical Searvices
N/SVQ Level 2/3 in Oil-Fired Technical Services or equivalent earlier certification that provides evidence of competence;
Gas Installation & Maintenance
N/SVQ Level 2/3 in Gas Installation and Maintenance or equivalent earlier certification that provides evidence of competence;
Wet Central Heating Systems
Heating installers with experience installing wet central heating systems, evidenced either by Gas Safe (CENWAT), OFTEC (OFT10-105E or OFT15-108W)
PLUS...
Water Regs UK Water Regulations/Water Byelaws or equivalent.
